Bmw Soft Close Doors Not Working

It has to actually be closed like a normal door for the feature to make the noise like it is working. The soft touch close door on my bmw 750li is not working. No matter what i try the soft close feature doesn t work. 2006 bmw 750li soft close doors duration.

Any idea how to reset these codes that he stated he did earlier to get. Not sure what it could be. The door closes if it is slammed shut but i would like to utilize this. In this situation it sits there and the motor sounds as if it is trying to close but nothing happens it just grinds for about 10 seconds then stops trying with the door still sitting on the latch but not closed.

All other doors work properly. Ok i have searched and maybe i am just bad at it but has anyone had problems with their soft close feature. I have my front passenger door not really performing properly.
